Windy Peak in Slayers 2
Starter highlands · levels 1 to 12 · Starting area
Where every new character spawns. Krue at the gate runs the bandit quests from level 1 and the Zuko quest at level 7, Raze sells your first katana, and Kona hands out the Book of Guidance once you find his five lost pages in the village. The Serpent trainer stands on the cliff above.
How to get to Windy Peak
Spawn point. Every area is on the Slayers 2 map, placed where the in-game map prints it.
On the in-game map: Left of centre on the in-game map, directly above Mistfall Harbor. A shrine marker and the label for Raze's sword shop are printed beside its name. Read 2026-10-13 from the world map frames All Things How published; not checked in-game.
What to do at levels 1 to 12
Windy Peak is where every character starts. The reason most players come here is the trainer: Serpent Breathing. Boss encounters here: Zuko and Akaza. Once the mobs here stop paying out, move on to Bear Area (levels 13 to 20), Mistfall Harbor (levels 10 to 25) or Hidden Mist Village (levels 65+). The demon path branches off separately toward Demon Hideout; that is a path change, not the next place to level, and it is covered in how to become a demon. The level-by-level version of the whole route is in the beginner guide.

Bosses at Windy Peak
- Zuko, Starting village, level 7 (quest). The bandit boss on the road out of the starting village toward the Wilderness. Krue's level 7 bandit-boss quest unlocks him, and he comes back a few minutes after a kill. Source: Nerds Chalk, allthings.how Doma guide.
- Akaza (also listed as Akazo). Behind an illusory rock wall at Windy Peak. Walk straight through the rock face into the clearing behind it. Related: Shockwave. Source: allthings.how boss guide, allthings.how spawn list, Nerds Chalk, TheClick.gg.
