Final Selection in Slayers 2
Wisteria mountain · levels 45 · Slayer exam
The slayer exam. The Sisters start the trial, which runs through a chain of quest NPCs, a parkour dungeon and a timed mountain run, and ends with the Hand Demon. Finishing it earns the Mizunoto rank, a Slayer Uniform and a Kasugai Crow. A countdown on the gate shows when the next trial opens.
How to get to Final Selection
From Mistfall Harbor cross to Butterfly Estate and take the long red bridge down the map to the Final Selection Plains, which the guides call south. Pro Game Guides says the path from the plains to Final Selection runs northeast, but the in-game map prints Final Selection on its far left edge, up and to the left of the plains, so follow the map marker. Entry opens at level 45; around 60 is safer for a solo run. You reach it from Butterfly Mansion. Every area is on the Slayers 2 map, placed where the in-game map prints it.
On the in-game map: The far left edge of the in-game map, level with Butterfly Estate and across a lake from it. Final Selection Plains is a separate label along the bottom edge, at the foot of the red bridge. Read 2026-10-13 from the world map frames All Things How published; not checked in-game.
What to do at levels 45
Final Selection is the slayer exam rather than a farming spot. Boss encounters here: Nezura, Fujiko and Hand Demon. A progression gate falls inside this range at level 45 — Final Selection opens, covered in the Final Selection guide. This is an end point on its branch rather than a step toward another area. The level-by-level version of the whole route is in the beginner guide.
NPCs at Final Selection
