+20% Wind Damage Factor, +10% Additional Damage Factor, -10% stamina cost and +5% Movement Speed Factor. Pro Game Guides (2026-09-24) reports that V0.17 makes Wind V travel 20% faster and farther and adds one second of strict stun; Wind Z now strict-stuns for one second on its first hit.
